Don't waste your time.
Company culture changes - this is normal. As much as we, as business owners, would like to work on our company culture once and never again, this isn't realistic and needless to say damaging to a company. Here's why:
1. People change. Regardless of how many people come and go in your company, people will always be different. It's important to see that this is happening in order to address and this and apply the most suitable actions.
2. Your market changes. Let's face it, the saying "there will always be someone better than you, even if you're the best" still stands. Tech, Skills and Aspirations facilitate the decline of some businesses and the rise of others - what you'll need to do is see how you can adapt your company culture to the changing climate.
3. Promoting change makes you more appealing. Companies who promote change in their structure and allow fluidity among staff in the case of tasks and responsibilities are the ones that hire the best talent. Why? People have different skill sets and a good employer will understand that it is up to them to fill the gaps in their staff skill set, not a standardised role.
